Art Technician Position

List of Job Roles Involved

Helping produce the yearly school show as Artistic Director & Music Technician. (see theatre & set design)
Designing and updating displays in classrooms & corridors around school: modernising the school.
Framing and mounting artwork for school walls and GCSE exhibitions.
Prepping lesson for the art teacher.
Use of the kiln room.
Graphically designing posters, logos, and promotional materials.
Printing & laminating.
Organising stock. Maintaining tools, equipment, and supplies. Sorting previous years artwork to create space for new students artwork. Keeping on top of tidying to know where everything is.
Supervising on school trips with all ages & being photographer.
Teaching a lunch club once a week. In 2024-2025, I taught Fashion Design. Currently for 2025-2026, I am teaching Graphic Design.
Currently for 2025-2026, I have been teaching one year 8 art lesson a week to gain experience. This includes marking of students art books every term and prepping lessons in advance.
